The automatic temperature regulation can be set to values between + 30 °C and + 80 °C. Ultrasonic vibration systems: Multiple ultrasonic generators create tiny microscopic vacuum bubbles, which implode due to variations in pressure and thus remove the dirt particles from the surface of the component being cleaned. Boost function: Second cleaning stage "Powerclean"for intensive cleaning of heavy soiling and oxidation. Sweep function: For a homogeneous sonic field distribution. Degassing and auto-degassing function: Degassing cleaning fluid when it is used for the first time. 082920 - Single ultrasonic cleaning baths; cannot be extended. 082922 - Modular ultrasonic cleaning baths with multi-frequency capability. Flexible operating capability, optionally with oscillation, skimmer for oil separation, pump filtration for continuous bath servicing can be retrofitted. Can be extended with a flushing device and hot-air dryer. Application: For removal of oil, grease, grinding fluids, polishing fluids, paint residues, flux, oxide layers, carbon deposits, scale from nearly all surfaces and even from inaccessible places, whilst treating the component being cleaned with the utmost care. The ultrasonic vibration trough is exposed to a frequency of 25 to 130 kHz. This causes the ultrasound to generate small cavitation bubbles, which gently but effectively loosen the dirt (when used in combination with the correct cleaning agent). Under certain conditions cleaning agents, which are not especially for this application, can generate ions which promote corrosion or removal of material. Halogen ions are an example of aggressive corrosion promoters which greatly reduce the working life. Chlorides and fluorides in acid media are the most aggressive in this respect.
