WIDIA Erickson Quick Change Flange Shank Tooling System QC50 Series With an Erickson QC locknut retrofitted to manual-loading milling machine spindles, the Erickson Quick Change Flange QC Taper Tooling can be used as a quick-change system. These tools are manufactured from premium materials and meet or exceed the latest ISO-1947 taper accuracy. The QC50 tools are balanced-by-design that will perform effectively up to 8,000 RPM. For any applications higher than 8,000 RPM, WIDIA recommends that the complete toolholder assembly (toolholder, collets, hardware, and cutting tools) be balanced as one identity.
